Yogyakarta, 17 November 2023 – With the spirit of combining theory and practice, the Management Study Program, Faculty of Business and Economics, Islamic University of Indonesia has successfully held the Career & Business Festival for 2023. Themed "Explore Career, Prepare Business & Enhance Skills", this festival took place on 15 -16 November and succeeded in becoming a learning and self-development event for students in facing a bright career and business future.
This festival summarizes integrated activities with a focus on developing soft skills and entrepreneurship. With a series of workshops, seminars and talk shows, the event features industry experts and inspirational figures sharing their knowledge and experiences.
One of the unique features of this festival is the career and mental health counseling sessions, which provide guidance and support for students in improving their wellbeing and planning their future. In addition, the 'BizMinds Challenge' was a highlight, where students had the opportunity and competed to present their innovative business ideas, encouraging the entrepreneurial spirit.
This festival is also an important opportunity for students to network with professionals and companies, paving the way for career opportunities. In addition, the business and career exhibitions held provide opportunities for students to interact directly with industry representatives, broadening their horizons about the world of work.
The closing of this festival marks not only the success of the event but also the commitment of the UII Management Study Program in preparing graduates who are ready to face global challenges. By combining academic and practical aspects, it is hoped that the 2023 Career Business Festival can become a new learning enrichment tool for students.

In a move that marks the importance of global education, students from the Management Studies Program-International Program, together with their colleagues from the Accounting and Development Economics-International Program, have successfully completed international mobility to Turkiye. This trip is a continuation of a series of mobility that has taken them to Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand in September 2023.
