International Undergraduate Program (IUP) FBE is the first Strata-1 Management education program in Indonesia which was established in 1996. This program opened to prepare students to face the global world where the main mission is Organizing international standard education towards world-class universities. Students who are members of this program will have the opportunity to take part in various international activities that will help develop their knowledge and hone their skills soft skills they are global. The entire learning process at IUP FBE is held in English while still referring to the National Curriculum established by the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud).

By carrying the tagline ”nurturing innovative global leaders” IUP FBE prepares graduates who have five basic characteristics, namely scientific competence, innovative leadership, entrepreneurial talent, skills competence, and global experience. To realize this mission, IUP FBE has designed an education program with an international standard curriculum which is supported by excellent co-curricular programs that focus on strengthening the character of graduates (character building programs). Some of these programs are Outbound Management Training 1 and 2 in the first and second year, Speak-Up with Nativeand International Student Mobility. These various programs are aimed at preparing graduates to have mastery soft skill the strong one and global insight.

More than that, IUP FBE is also active in organizing various collaborations joint degrees and exchange student with overseas partner universities. Program exchange student provides opportunities for students to take one semester of study abroad, which can already be taken starting in the second year or third semester which will later be converted into a certain number of credits in IUP FBE (international credit transfers).

for programs joint degrees, after taking the first 4 semesters at UII, students can continue the 5th semester until they finish abroad and will get two diplomas and two degrees at the same time (double degree program). for programs joint degrees, the scheme has 3 options for each different partner, namely 2+2 years (meaning 2 years completed at UII and the other 2 years completed at Partner University), 2+1,5 years, and 3+1 years. The partner universities for the program include: University of Queensland, Australia; Saxion University of Applied Science, Netherlands; University of Gloucestershire, United Kingdom; Nanjing University, China; SolBridge International School of Business Woosong University, Korea, and Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia.

The implementation of various international cooperation is intended in the context of development “educational network” to prepare students to be "long life learner" and have a global outlook. To ensure that every IUP FBE graduate has direct international experience, it is for students who have not had the opportunity to take the program joint degrees, student exchanges, internships, and so on, provided the schematic short-program with overseas partners for approximately 1-2 weeks which is called International Student Mobility (ISM). The two main agendas are campus visits and company visits with a variety of programs that are expected to provide meaningful experiences for students. Several countries that have been visited for the ISM program are Turkey, Spain, Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand. With more than 25 years of experience, IUP FBE UII has produced alumni who are scattered in various countries.
