Independent Campus Learning Policy (MBKM)

Based on Permendikbud Number 3 of 2020 Article 15 paragraph 1, activities that can be carried out in a study program that can be converted are:

Independent Study (IS)

Student IS application flow:
1. Students contact the Management Study Program Staff via online (085211110461) or come directly to the study program to apply for the IS form
2. Prodi provides the Is form
3. Students collect IS, KHS, BA TA Exam forms, and BA TA Publications
4. If the IS application is approved by the student, a bill number will be generated, otherwise the file will be returned
5. The study program will inform you of the billing account
6. If the financial administration is in order, students will be directed to contact the IS lecturer

Flow if the IS value has not been output
1. Students contact the Management Study Program staff via online (085211110461) or come directly to the Study Program to ask about grades that have not been released
2. Study Program staff will confirm with the IS course lecturer
3. If the grades have been submitted to the lecturer, they will immediately be processed academically, but if not, students will be confirmed that the iIS grades have not been released and asked to contact the IS lecturer.

Leave and Active Lecture

College leave permission
1. Students who are going on leave from college must apply for permission from the Chancellor through the Directorate of Academic Services (DLA) by filling out the form provided by the DLA and attach:
   a. Letter of application for permission to take leave from college that has been signed by the Dean/Deputy Dean
   b. Photocopy of Student Identity Card
   c. Library Free Certificate (Central and Faculty)
   d. Photocopy of receipt for payment of SPP installments II or IV in the academic year concerned
   e. Receipt of payment of tuition leave administrative fees from the bank
   f. KHS Cumulative
2. Students can take a study leave permission letter issued by the chancellor three days after the leave application is submitted
3. College leave rights are given to students:
   a. status as an active student
   b. Have been active for at least one academic year
   c. The minimum length of leave is one semester and the maximum is 4 semesters
4. Extension of study leave must include a letter of application for leave from the faculty
5. The period of study leave is counted as a period of study

Permission for study leave is submitted no later than two weeks after the lecture starts according to the UII academic calendar

Permissions are active again
1. Applications for re-active permits are submitted according to the registration schedule listed in the academic calendar
2. Students who will be active again from study leave must submit a letter of application to be active again through the Academic Directorate by filling out a form provided by the Academic Directorate, and attach the original Lecture Leave Permit issued by the Chancellor
3. The permit to be active again can be taken by the student concerned 3 (three) days after the application for re-activity is submitted

College leave rights are given to students:
a. status as an active student
b. Have been active for at least one academic year
c. The minimum length of leave is one semester and the maximum is 4 semesters

Procedure for Academic Leave
Students who will be on academic leave must apply for academic leave permission through the UII Gateway:
1. Login to your UII Gateway account
2. Enter the menu UIIServices >> Academic Menu
3. Fill in the data on the Academic Leave menu
4. Waiting for approval
5. Pay leave bills (Billing numbers can be seen on the Billing UI)
6. Waiting for Leave status at UIIAkademik

The extension of leave is carried out in the same way as the initial application for leave by submitting it to the faculty

Academic Service

Graduation is held 6 times a year

Students who forget to keyin are considered non-active students, the study period is still counted and they still have to pay off their tuition bills in the next semester. .

Graduation with a very satisfactory predicate (Cumlaude) only applies to students with a maximum study period of five years

Grade Transcripts can be printed independently at the Student Gateway

If the Student Status at the Gateway has changed from Active to Graduated, students can apply for a Pass Certificate by coming directly to the Academic Faculty

Flow of Application for Signature of Head of Study Program and KHS Stamp
1. Students contact the Management Study Program Staff via online (085211110461) or come directly to the Study Program to apply for the signature of the head of study program and a stamp on KHS
2. Students submit KHS Softfile or hardfile to Study Program Staff
3. If the KHS has been signed by the head of study program, the KHS will be sent via softfile for students who contact online or can take the hardfile if students come in person

For scholarship purposes, students can translate independently from sworn translators in Yogyakarta or other areas

Graduation is held 6 times a year

Students outside the 4 conditions above, for example arriving late for exams, late for financial administration or others, are NOT SERVICED

Lectures

Flow of Application for Active Certificate:

Flow Instructions for Legalizing Diplomas and Transcripts:
Before filling out the request form for the legalization of a diploma and/or transcript, it is best for the applicant to first make/scan the required data, namely:
1. Alumni submit a Virtual Account (VA) number via the link https://s.id/ MintaVA
2. Maximum wait 2 x 24 hours for alumni to pay legalization fees
3. Download the statement file
4. Scan the statement letter that has been filled in and signed above the material Rp. 6000 and name the file according to the applicant's name (example file name: letter _ applicant's name)

If your SPP payment duration expires, you can apply to open a SPP bill paying account

Final Project Administration

Requirements for taking the Final Assignment:
1. Registered as a UII student in the current academic year
2. Has taken a minimum of 123 credits
3. Minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2,65
4. Students key in their Final Assignment course (the key-in obligation also applies to students who extend their Final Assignment)
5. Courses taken concurrently with the Final Assignment are a maximum of 20 credits
6. The final assignment topic must be in accordance with the chosen specialization
7. Graduated with a minimum C for the following subjects:
– Research Methodology for those taking the Final Project – Thesis
– Self-Management for those taking the Final Assignment – ​​Apprenticeship
– Business Plan for those who take the Final Assignment – ​​Business Design
- Financial management
- Marketing Management
- Operation management
– HR Management
– 5 (Five) Specialization Elective Courses with a weight of 15 credits

Students who decide to change their Final Assignment options are requested to take the compulsory prerequisite courses in their final assignment options

In order to publish and claim the value of a student's publication, it is not necessary to key in the publication course

The flow of how to submit a request for a change of supervisor
1. Students contact Management Study Program staff via online (08521110461) or come directly to the Study Program to submit a request for a replacement form for the Final Assignment Supervisor
2. The study program provides a form for changing TA supervisors
3. Students submit a form to replace the TA supervisor
4. If the request for a change of supervisor is approved, it will be directed to the replacement lecturer appointed by the study program and return the form for the change of supervisor to be signed by the old and new TA supervisors, if not approved the form will be returned
5. Students are given an SK TA with a new supervisor from the study program

Financial and Payment Concerns

The alumni could propose requisition of legalization offline or online. If its offline, the alumni can bring the documents directly to the academic division. If its online, the alumni could access to fbeuii.id , choose “academic” feature. After that, the page change to academic.fbeuii, and then choose “Legalize Online”

The students could access gateway.uii.ac.id . After that, choose “UIITBill”, and then choose “Payment Guidance”

The students have to give confirmation to the IUP staff. And then, the IUP staff will provide the Virtual Account for the students.

Make sure that the students have already filled the requisition form of make up exam. The Virtual Account Number will be informed to the students.

The students have to submit the requisition of virtual accounts by filling http://s.id/VA_IPFBE . The Virtual Account will be given to the students by IUP staff

After the requisition of reprinting exam card has already been accepted, IUP provides the Virtual Account for the students. The students could do the payment through the Virtual Account

The students could access gateway.uii.ac.id using student number and password. After that, the students could choose “UIIT Bills”, and choose “Home” or Home.

The students could submit the requisition of tuition fee deduction letter for Mr. Moin, through the secretary of the faculty.

Documents and Letter Requests

The student can request the recommendation letter for double degree through the IUP staff.

The students could access fbeuii.id and choose “Mail Service.” And then, the students could submit the requisition of the letter on "System Request for Certificates"

The student may contact the IUP officer to have the recommendation letter for visa

The student can request the recommendation letter for immigration through the IUP staff by attaching some information (Full Name, Place & Date of Birth, Address, and Student Number)

The student can request the recommendation letter for double degree through the IUP staff.

The students have to give the details about the internship to the IUP staff. And then, the IUP staff will provide the letter for internship.

There are 4 conditions that allow students to leave the class, medical conditions, Hajj or Umrah, Family members passed away, or have a task to represent UII or another instance. The students could submit a requisition for the letter to the IUP staff and attach a letter of statement. For more information, the students could access this link. fbeuii.id , choose “Academic”, and then choose “Lectures, and choose “Permission not to attend lectures”

The student could request the permission letter for not attending the exam through the IUP staff by attaching doctor's statement letter (sick), statement letter regarding umrah.

The students could access fbeuii.id , choose “Mail Service”, and then choose “Certification Request System”. The students could submit the requisition of permission letter on “Certification Letter Request System”

Academic Services

This is the administrative procedures for proposing a make up exam:

1. The students have to fill in the form.

2. The students have to do the payment.

3. The students will be informed about the make-up exam schedule.

The students must consult with the Secretary of the International Undergraduate Program in Management for the approval. Afterwards, students may contact the officer to have the virtual account for the payment and the lecturer for the Independent Study.

The students can contact the IUP officer to ask for the grade after the Independent Study is completed.

The students should retake the subject during the Remedial Semester if the quota is fulfilled or in the regular semester.

The remedial semester is OPTIONAL, it is not mandatory for every student to participate in the remedial semester. The students could get information regarding the remedial semester on fbeuii.ac.id, and then choose “Intermediate Semester”

If the exam card is already available, IUP staff will inform students through batch group chat on WhatsApp. And the students can take the card in the IUP Office. Remember, the mid-term exam card is used for the final exam.

If the students miss the scheduled exam, they can have an opportunity to take a make-up exam under certain considerations

The students could get the information regarding the student ID card on academic.uii.ac.id . And, the student could take the student ID Card in the Directorate of Academic Services, Kaliurang 14,5.

The student could take his alma mater jacket in Rectorate Building, Kaliurang km 14.5

The students can get the list of extracurricular activities by accessing fecon.uii.ac.id . On home page, choose “Education” and choose “Life on campus”

Most of the extracurriculars are worth 2 points for the SKP

The students can get the GPA transcript on gateway.uii.ac.id . First, the students log in with the student number and password. Second, on the home page, choose “Academic”. And then choose “KHS”, choose “Cumulative KHS”, and then choose “Export”

Double Degree/Student Exchange

IISMA is the program from the government where selected students can have international study experience abroad which is fully funded (tuition fee and living costs) and the subjects taken can be converted to UII.

Students will have international experience study for one year (3+1) or 2 years (2+2) from our partner university and all subjects can be converted at UII. Students will graduate in partner universities and UII. Thus, students will have 2 graduation certificates.
