The increasing demand for change in the tertiary environment necessitates strategic policies that can support the achievement and preservation of the competitive advantage of tertiary institutions, including at the study program level. At the Study Program level, educational orientation is output-based (outcome-based education) has also demanded the presence of a learning ecosystem which besides being measurable, also increases in quality over time.
The aim of organizing a Study Program is usually to produce a profile of graduates that conforms to the quality attributes that have been formulated in the curriculum. To achieve this, various supporting components need to be developed and driven simultaneously, one of which is through improving the quality of learning based on output. Efforts to improve the quality of learning itself cannot be separated from the various components involved during the learning process, such as lecturers, teaching materials, learning methods, and including students.
Therefore, one of the efforts to present a quality learning process can be done by providing space for lecturers to be creative and innovating, both for the benefit of improving the quality of teaching materials or improving learning methods. The ultimate goal, of course, is for the learning process to be richer and to be able to present the best learning experience for students.
