Graduate Employability and Development Centre The Graduate Employability and Development Center (GEDC) is one of the many units under the auspices of the Undergraduate Management Study Program. This unit runs many programs and activities aimed at preparing students to be graduates of the management study program who are well-prepared to enter the business and industrial world, which is popularly known in Indonesian as DUDI (Dunia Usaha dan Dunia Industri) GEDC also develops a curriculum aimed at improving students' hard skills and soft skills . It has numerous programs, such as Workshop Belajar Mandiri/WBM (Self-Learning Workshop) that is compulsory for all freshmen of the Management Study Program. Other activities that support the study program curriculum include studium generale, workshops, talk shows, professional certification training, Career & Business Week (CBW), business case competitions, and internship opportunities. The institutions that have conducted student internship programs in cooperation with GEDC include PT Gamatechno Indonesia, PT AINO Indonesia, PT Nasmoco Bengawan Motor, Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan (Deposit Insurance Corporation), Bank Mandiri, Bank Negara Indonesia, and many others.
