UII Management Study Program

Graduation Scheme

The Undergraduate Management Study Program offers 3 (three) different graduation schemes. This means that students may choose any of those graduation schemes in line with the graduate profile they are aiming for.

Within these graduation schemes, students will have to take the same courses up to Semester 4, and will be able to choose a set of different courses on their own from Semester 5 onwards. The 3 (three) graduation schemes offered by the curriculum are internship, business establishment, and research.

Internship

By taking the Internship route, students must carry out apprenticeship activities in certain companies that are proposed and approved by the Study Program. In carrying out apprenticeship activities, students are guided by Supervisors and Field Supervisors who come from where they do their internship. The internship is carried out for at least six months. At the end of the internship period, students must prepare an internship report as a Final Project and the report after being tested, must be disseminated (published).

Business Startup Line

By taking the Business Pioneering route, students carry out self-development in the realm of entrepreneurship through the transformation of business ideas into start-up companies. In general, this path consists of 3 stages, namely planning and validating ideas, starting a business, and dissemination or publication. In carrying out business start-up activities, students are guided by a Supervisor for at least six months. At the end, students must prepare a business design report as a Final Project and the report, after being tested, must be disseminated (published).

Research Path

By taking the Research route, students carry out self-development through research activities based on their chosen specialization. Specializations that can be chosen include financial management, marketing management, human resource management, and operations management. In carrying out research activities, students are guided by a Supervisor for at least six months. After the research is completed, students must prepare a thesis report as a Final Project and the report, after being tested, must be published.
